A cabin located on the Land Bank’s Cady Mountain Preserve has been deemed unsuitable for habitation or able to be moved. The green metal roof is in good serviceable condition and is being made available for salvage by lottery. Roof panels are “Snap-Loc” style and measure one foot in width with following quantities:

Lottery Directions/Rules: 

  • One entry per household.
  • Entry due by NOON, Friday, October 2, 2020.
  • Winner will be drawn at 4pm on Friday, October 2, 2020 via Facebook Live.
  • Winner must coordinate removal of roof with Land Bank staff.
  • Roof must be removed by Saturday, October 17, 2020
