The Great Backyard Bird Count (www.birdcount.org) occurs from February 14-17, 2025. Be a part of this global event by joining Amanda Wedow (Lopez Island Preserve Steward) and Beth St. George (Lopez Island Library) at the Spit at Fisherman Bay Preserve on Lopez Island to participate in the bird count as a group. Data collected by the public helps scientists better understand and protect birds around the world.
